What is kiln-dried firewood?
Kiln-dried firewood is dried in a controlled environment to reduce moisture throughout the wood. Lower moisture supports easier lighting and a more consistent fire.
How much firewood should I order?
For occasional or weekend fires, consider the Signature Select — 2' × 4': a 2′ × 4′ stack with a starter pack. For more regular burning, compare our Fireside Reserve and Homestead Reserve collections. Your actual needs depend on the fireplace, weather, and how often you burn.
What exactly is a facecord?
A facecord is one row of wood stacked 8 feet long and 4 feet high, with 16-inch logs. At that log length, it is approximately one-third of a full cord.
Is the rack included with Signature Select — 2' × 4' or pizza wood?
No. The rack shown in product photos is not included with either product.
Do you deliver and stack?
Yes. Share your delivery address, access details, and preferred stacking spot when arranging your order. Contact-free delivery can be arranged.
When will I receive my firewood?
Timing depends on location, order volume, and seasonal demand. We confirm an estimated delivery date when arranging your order. Contact us for current availability.
Can you supply resorts, restaurants, or other businesses?
Yes. We offer wholesale supply across Western NC, Upstate SC, and North Georgia. Contact us with your business location, estimated volume, and delivery frequency.
Are BBQ pellets and smoking chunks available?
